ABOUT US Serving Manchester and the surrounding areas, 1st Command has been in operation since 1992. We are located at 18 Sanrico Drive in Manchester, just off Parker Street and easily accessed from I-84. The facility is designed to be wide open. Although there are separate areas for retail, grooming and day care/training, you can easily view all areas from the lobby. The day care and training areas are matted with a 3/4" thick non-skid floor. In order to offer the best possible service, 1st Command strives to always improve the facility, equipment, services and programs provided. You will find that the atmosphere at 1st Command is very friendly, courteous and professional. Our goal is to provide the best experience to all of our customers. We follow some simple rules when it comes to our work ethic. We are always on time, our classes and lessons start when scheduled. We give every customer equal attention during group classes. No owner or dog is a "lost cause". The staff uses a team approach to problem solving. Consultation and research are conducted until a solution is found. And finally we are all professionals and take our job seriously.
